2010-Nov.20 Fish, Catch & Release

Johnny went fishing this Saturday morning, Joseph had a friend sleep over last night, so he didn't want to go. Bryan went with his Dad and they went out to Green Lake. Johnny brought home these catfish.

Johnny, Joseph and Elijah took the chest with those catfish over to the pier.

Joseph caught a little grass snake and thought he would see if it liked these fish, "whatever, Joseph!"
And away they go,

Okay there they go, into our lake and a new home for them. We watched them after they were released. It was like they were stunned and didn't know what to do. We could count them all in a small circle. One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight. Then..... one by one....they swam off into their new home.

Hmm, where are Bryan's fish? What happened son?

Did I miss something? . . . .

2010-Oct.20 A Little Fishing in the Evening/A Spooky House

Joseph and his friend, Branson went fishing this evening and "little Hobo" came up to the house after he caught this perch. Then I told them to go put it back in the lake to get caught another day.

I stopped to . . ."Smell the Flowers"!! Just thought they were pretty, liked the color.

Halloween is coming soon! Driving home from work, I spotted this house all decorated up and ready for Halloween. Too cute!!

Joseph is relaxing out on the pier on a cool afternoon-fishing.

It almost made me want to go out there and sit on the pier - Almost. He looked like he needed some "alone time".

WooHoo! Look at THAT catfish!! WOW...

Then Johnny caught some perch-little ones,huh!?! And do you see a frog in that middle pic? It is sitting on all that moss/algae/gunk!!

And then, while I was walking back up to the house, I just decided I needed another pic of the house. Still has too much on the porch, but as soon as our "other building" is done, it should then be all cleaned off except for the sitting areas. (Hope, hope, hope)
