The Complex was overfilled with excited kids this morning with the opening ceremonies for Baseball today. And we were there! Oh, and sorry I didn't recognize any of the names drawn for the tickets. But thank you to all those who bought tickets from Joseph-we appreciate it. Maybe next time.
Unfortunately, Dad won't be at the 1st 2 games-he goes on nights for awhile.
Hope you can make Joseph's games - first one is Tuesday at 8:00 pm.

Johnny took me and Joseph on a tour of area wild flowers and we found this beautiful field near some friends off the Upper Mission Valley Road. What a wonderful field of God's Work!

"Always . . . Patsy Cline"

I love Patsy Cline and her music. We went to the "Theatre Victoria" at the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts to see this performance. We took our neighbor, Janet, and her mother for a "Thank-You" for all that Janet & Steve do for us. They are such good people and we are so grateful for all they do by watching Joseph, taking him places(like-vacation last summer-Missouri), and just being so kind. Steve wasn't able to go with us -he is on a job (maybe next time), so Janet's mother went with us. It turns out that she is as big a fan of Patsy Cline as I am. It was great. This was about a fan (Performed by Pam Davis) that met Patsy Cline(performed by Twyla Foreman) at 1 of her earlier performances and how they became friends until Patsy Cline died at the young age of 30 in a plane crash. Twyla sang Patsy's songs throughout the play while "The Bodacious Bobcat Band" played. This consisted of a keyboard, steel guitar, lead guitar, bass guitar, percussion and fiddle. Twyla was fantastic. I felt like Patsy Cline was right there in the theatre and I learned more about her which makes me like her even more. She was a wonderful person and singer. I enjoyed the evening so much-it was great.
