Johnny's Yearly Hunting Weekend

A Corsican Goat

Johnny goes to Thompson Temple Ranch for a hunt -Sheep/Goat hunt.

Bryan goes with him on the hunt. It takes about 3-4 hours

(225 miles from here) to get there, but Johnny doesn't mind -

he stopped this year to visit with a friend (Bob B)in RockSprings.

Bryan and a friend stopped in New Braunfels to pick up a Polaris,

so they are able to get up the hills- they are very rugged

and a vehicle can't go up the side of them. And they're

not too interested in "walking".

I guess it's a good thing that he will

be home tomorrow (even though,

he will be watching Joseph & Bobby)

they are on Spring Break this week.

Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Joseph was determined this year to catch Santa.

But, as you can see, he fell asleep waiting for him.
Santa "caught" Joseph sleeping by the tree this Christmas.

I truly hope everyone had a great Christmas. We had a great Christmas.
This was our 1st Christmas in our home.


And speaking of our 1st Christmas in our home, I want to show you an ornament we received this year. I was so overjoyed at receiving such a special gift from a special person. On the top it has engraved "NEW HOME" and along the straight key part it has the year "2008". And the door with the wreath turns around too! So we will always remember. Thank you so much, Pat. It really means alot to us. And we will find a special place to hang it after Christmas is all packed away. I want to see it everyday and remember our 1st Christmas in our new home.

Another special ornament I received this year is from Johnny.

It is such a beautiful tree, isn't it?? This 1 will stay out all year long too.

Our Grandchildren had a great Christmas too! With all the family gatherings and get-togethers and visits with friends. Now they just want to play with their goodies they received and parents are all having "great fun" putting together everything that needs putting together.

Now, we need to start planning those New Years resolutions. Hmm! what will it be this year??

Kendra, Joe & Jacquelyn were here visiting today. Joseph went to Zoo Boo with a friend today. We had a great visit, Jacquelyn ate a hamburger that Pa made for her. Kendra just sent me a picture she took with her phone of Jacquelyn on their way home. She fell asleep in the car.

Ouch, doesn't that hurt your neck-baby??!!!
