Yeah! Saturday. . . .Not only was it Saturday, but Johnny and Joseph amd Bryan went hunting. They left yesterday for a Sheep Hunt at Campwood, near Rocksprings. Don't ask me where that is, but I do know it takes about 5 hours to get there. Bryan called yesterday, Friday, about 5:45 pm to say that Joseph shot a Sheep. He had to shoot it twice, but that's okay. Way to Go Joseph! One of you guys better have taken pictures for me- or else!! haha :)
And this Saturday is so special, Chris is coming over for a visit. We will have "alone" time. Chris is bringing pictures with him and I have some he might want to see.
I bought chicken salad from Napoleon's for lunch, which was, not as easy as it sounds. The oriental lady that runs it was so concerned about me buying 2 lbs of chicken salad. She said, "I no have enough for customer." What am I ?? I wasn't getting it for free. Then she asked again about how many people were going to be eating and I told her 2. She took the container back and said, "You No need 2 lb only 1" and took out 1 lb of my chicken salad. "I no have enough for customer" she said again. I thought I was a customer!! It was good. But wow! It took an "act of Congress" just about - for 1 lb of chicken salad for a darn sandwich.
Back to our visit! It was great. I was still a little nervous, but we got some things out of the way. He is such a great person. We talked about, well, updated each other on what has been happening in our lives. Sorry for "staring" Chris, I was just trying to memorize each second with you that I can. I just can't put into words what this has meant to me.
I must have done something right-that I am lucky enough to get to know you. Maybe I have a "Guardian Angel" that helped you find me. And I thank that "special angel" and God too!
Thank you for sharing those "Special" pictures and for letting me scan them. I was trying to "control" myself. I only scanned a "few" - - this time! All those birthdays, all those sports activities, all of your growing and even your broken wrist!
Oh and . . . . ummmm! those Girl Scout cookies were g-r-e-a-t!!! just kidding Chris, and remember please donate them/send them to the Troops, I just wanted to help out the girls. :) That's okay Chris, I'm just picking on you.
I even got him to take off his cap- he's so handsome!
And Carrie, I want to Thank You for giving Chris up this weekend for our visit. That means alot to me. And Thanks to Carissa and Carlie for giving up more daddy daughter time too!
