2009-Oct.2 Friday-The Weekend Begins!! TGIF!!

When I drove in to Corpus, Bryan was taking Krystyn to her doctor, so I met them there before going to their apartment. Got to spend a little time with Parker while they were in with the doctor.

It's Friday-yeah! I drove to CC again-3 times within a week! OMG! I went to see Parker, Jackson, Bryan & Krystyn. I met Bryan, Krystyn and Parker at KK's doctor's office. She was getting her staples out. Ouch!-glad that wasn't me! I got to hold Parker, giving him kisses to last until I can see him again. Then Bryan, Jackson & I went to Chili's to eat. I was starving! by the time we got there, then I took Bryan back to the apt. Jackson came home with me for the weekend. He slept the whole drive home. Then we picked up Joseph & Bobby from school and came home.

The boys ,playing in the "tents"bumped heads, and Jackson got an bump on his mouth-busted lip! But he wasn't down too long and before you know it - he was back playing with the boys. Whew! I'm tired, but Jackson is all wound up. He loves playing with the boys. And they were eating Mac & Cheese and so did Jackson. Him was hungy!! Pa will be home from work soon.

On Saturday evening, MV school was having their Fall Festival. I took Joseph and Jackson-Johnny was working again. The boys had a good time, I was hot! It sprinkled, but so humid. Jackson did the fishing booth a couple of times,

Joseph was hard at work-beating up on an old vehicle-getting his frustrations out.
On Saturday evening, Bryan called and said a friend of theirs was going to see them on Sunday, so I didn't have to drive back with Jackson, that she would take Jackson. Yeah! And Jackson knew her and her baby girl, so he went with them easy.

When we got home from the festival and Johnny got home from work, we worked outside. We are building a wall for the water/rain (if it ever does rain) to flow around. The boys played on the swings.

Then we went inside and Jackson pushed the little step stool over to the piano and started playin'on the piano

It's been a long day!!

Time for a bath now - in Nana's bathtub! Wow -you must be special-Jackson!

And bath time back in Corpus for Parker too!

But - it looks like he's not enjoying his bath like Jackson enjoyed his at Nana's! That's okay Parker, you'll get used to that water soon and then you won't want to get out of the tub.

2009-Sept.25-26-27 (Fri-Sun) Weekend Visitor

We went to Corpus to pick up Jackson, he wanted to come for a visit and his Mom and Dad needed some rest. Krystyn will be having the baby soon, so we thought she could use some extra time for herself and Bryan too before the big day when Parker will arrive. Jackson was eager to come play with Joseph too!

What is Jackson doing? He can't decide...watch T.V. or watch a video of himself on my computer.
He even figured out (from watching me) how to replay the video so he can keep watching himself.

Jackson likes to play my piano and also watch t.v. with Joseph.

We bought a Halloween costume for Jackson and wanted him to try it on to make sure it would fit. And Jackson needed to know that he could still play, run and jump with it on.

Jackson, "you not pose to jump on the bed." Remember, 10 little monkeys jumping on the bed. . . . well, this looks like it should go. . . 10 little skeletons jumping on the bed, but please, - Don't fall off the bed! Mom and Dad would "get" Nana for that.

More Metal Animals- DragonFly & Chicken on top of the round, red ball - the trip to Corpus was very "successful" besides bringing Jackson home with us, I also bought these new "yard art" metal decorations in Refugio. I love that little place with all the metal art.
Building a brick fence - it's neat & it is functional too!-It will divert running water (whenever it rains!) & I think it is going to be really cool too! -when we are finished - It will be awhile though-will keep you updated! We get the bricks from ...oops can't say... it's a secret.. just until we get all WE need for our fence to be completed. Johnny is working really hard on this project.
